Meet Shay
After 10 years in the corporate environment, facing different levels of stress, anxiety and burnout, I knew something had to change. The first change started with myself, I took a yoga teacher training in 2022 to develop and connect with my mind & body. At first the aim was not to teach, though I fell in love. I quit my job and became a yoga teacher. Since then I move with love for myself, and my needs and I help empower others to explore their inner truths too. I hold diverse community spaces, coordinate wellbeing events, and teach yoga to aid movement as medicine for mental, social, physical & psychological health.
My biggest passions is to learn, especially about human behaviour, I have a BSc in Psychology, and an MSc in Business Psychology and a qualified yoga teacher, in accessibility and inclusion. I use a holistic approach from my education to provide sessions to cater to client needs.
