Hi, I’m Shay
I’m a yoga teacher, specialising in vinyasa flow, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. No two classes are the same, connected we vibe. With control, we move, breathe and flow together.
I teach from the depths of my soul to yours. The light in me sees the light in you. Through conscious explorations of mind, body, and breath, I aim to empower students to explore their inner truth.

The Yoga Space, Woolwich
This session welcomes all yoga levels. We explore awareness of the body in the moment, and give space to welcome free movement within different postures.
A focus on pranayama (breathwork), your mind and a creative strong flow which aims to leave you feeling lighter though empowered and ready to start the weekend with a clearer, calmer mind.

Join us for a powerful gathering that blends wisdom of yoga with the art of manifestation. This session is designed for Black, Brown and People of colour seeking to align mind, body and vision.
This is a space to breathe, move and manifest your dreams with purpose and love.
All yoga levels welcome.
SUNDAY
11:30 - 12:45
Calm Collective, Sidcup
A 75 minutes Hatha style practice that moves with intention and strength. The practice blends slow, mindful movement with challenging postures to build resilience and focus. Infused with grounding rhythms and thoughtful yoga philosophy.
This class is beginner friendly, offering different variations of postures to encourage challenge, though also softness honouring where you are in your practice.
