Hi, I’m Shay

I’m a yoga teacher, specialising in vinyasa flow, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. No two classes are the same, connected we vibe. With control, we move, breathe and flow together. 

I teach from the depths of my soul to yours. The light in me sees the light in you.​ Through conscious explorations of mind, body, and breath, I aim to empower students to explore their inner truth.

FRIDAY

Calm Collective, Sidcup

We wake up the body with a Hatha flow that starts slow though finishes strong. Working on areas such as balance, flexibility, and strength, whilst also bringing awareness to your breath and mind.

 

This class is beginner friendly, offering different variations of postures to encourage challenge, though also softness when needed for your practice.

SATURDAY
11:00 – 12:00

The Yoga Space, Woolwich
 

This session welcomes all yoga levels. We explore awareness of the body in the moment, and give space to welcome free movement within different postures.

 

A focus on pranayama (breathwork), your mind and a creative strong flow which aims to leave you feeling lighter though empowered and ready to start the weekend with a clearer, calmer mind.

 Woolwich

A perfect blend of movement, connection, and reflection. Through yoga, these sessions create room for exploration, self-development and community for Black, Brown & People of Colour.

This is a monthly session, creating a space for yoga, and connection. We welcome all BPOC yogis, if you are new to the practice or would like to delve deeper.

SUNDAY
11:30 - 12:45

A 75 minutes Hatha style practice that moves with intention and strength. The practice blends slow, mindful movement with challenging postures to build resilience and focus. Infused with grounding rhythms and thoughtful yoga philosophy.

I felt a bit anxious before the session, but Shay reassured me and as soon as I stepped into the studio I felt at ease.
